As the days become cooler, we find ourselves reminiscing about the bountiful harvests of summertime. To celebrate and preserve this abundance, we’ve teamed up with @fermen.table, a one-woman Lisbon-based fermentation business, to create a collection of pantry staples made from vegetables grown on our farm.


Using natural fermentation methods and a selection of peppers and chillies from our fields, we’re excited to share our jarred Fermented Hot Sauces which come in five different flavours, including Harissa, Sweet Lemon, Spiced Berry, Medium Spice and Extra Hot (for those of you who dare).

Each bite bursts with flavour, while promoting a healthy gut microbiome.
